Cancellations

I require a 24 hour notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling.
A text and email reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to appointment,
so please ensure your booking information is up to date.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service.
A no-show appointment will be charged 100% of the service.
It is not likely that we can reschedule missed appointments in less than 24 hours, so your understanding is appreciated.

Intake Form

You will be asked to fill out a confidential skin health history form at time of booking.
This important information gives me insight on your skin care concerns and skin contraindications.
Filling out this form prior to your appointment ensures your service starts on time.

Arrival

Please understand that late arrivals may shorten your service, as there are other appointments that follow.
The 513 Searls office building is locked and secure.
The door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Please have a seat in the waiting room until it is time for your treatment.
